FAQ

  • Do I need a consultation?

Not always. Every project begins with a Project Inquiry Form. Many projects can be discussed through email first, and if a consultation is needed, we'll schedule one after reviewing your inquiry.

  • What happens after I submit an inquiry?

We'll review your inquiry and continue the conversation by email. If additional discussion is needed, we'll schedule a consultation before moving forward.

  • How do I pay?

Invoices are sent securely through Stripe. A signed agreement and required deposit must be received before your project is officially booked.

  • When does planning begin?

Planning begins after your signed agreement and deposit have been received. This includes creative development, scheduling, location scouting, talent coordination, and other pre production services when applicable.

    • Trade Shows
    • Networking Events

  • How far in advance should I book?

Booking as early as possible is recommended to help secure your preferred production date and allow enough time for planning.

  • Can you help develop creative ideas?

Yes. We can help develop concepts, campaigns, visual direction, production plans, and overall creative strategy for your project.

  • Can you help find filming locations?

Yes. Depending on your project, we can recommend or help source filming locations.

  • Can you help with casting?

Yes. If your production requires actors, models, or other talent, we can assist with casting.

Please note that professional talent typically charges for their time and participation. While some individuals may be open to collaborating, talent fees should be expected when planning your production and are the client's responsibility.

  • Can you work with our marketing team or agency?

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with business owners, marketing teams, agencies, and other creative partners.

  • How long does editing take?

Turnaround times depend on the size and complexity of the project.

    As a general guideline:

    • Simple productions are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
    • Larger productions, campaigns, or projects with multiple deliverables may require 5 to 7 business days or longer.

An estimated delivery timeline will always be discussed before production begins.

  • How will I receive my videos?

Final videos are delivered digitally through an online download link.

  • How many revisions are included?

Most productions include one complimentary revision. Additional revisions or alternate edits are available for an additional fee.

  • Can I request additional edits later?

Yes. Additional edits can be requested at any time for an additional fee. The cost will depend on the scope of the requested changes and will be discussed before work begins.

  • Do you travel for productions?

  • When is my remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due on or before your scheduled production day. For projects requiring out of state travel, payment must be received before travel arrangements are made. Production, travel, editing, and final delivery will not begin until your project balance has been paid in full.
