Welcome to Fendi Productions LLC. By booking a service, communicating with the company, or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms help maintain clarity, protect the business, and ensure a professional experience for all clients.

Booking and Payments

• Bookings may be confirmed through direct communication, consultation, or a Stripe invoice sent by Fendi Productions LLC.
• The website is used to view information, package details, and inquire about services, but all confirmed bookings are finalized through communication and invoicing.
• A deposit is required to secure any date. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Remaining balances must be paid in full before the start of the session unless a different agreement is confirmed in writing.
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the session and loss of deposit.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Clients must notify the company as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
• Rescheduling is based on availability and may require an additional fee depending on the situation.
• Same day cancellations result in full charge for the booked session.
• If Fendi Productions LLC must reschedule due to emergencies or circumstances beyond control, clients will be offered the next available date.

Arrival and Time Management

• All sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
• Extra time requested on set will be billed as an additional fee.
• Clients who arrive late will not receive additional filming time unless the extra time is paid for.

Travel and Locations

• Bookings outside of Greensboro require a travel fee.
• Travel fees vary by city and must be paid prior to the session.
• Clients are responsible for securing studios, venues, or rental locations unless previously agreed upon.
• Studio fees are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

Creative Direction and Production

• Fendi Productions LLC provides filming, editing, and creative services based on the package selected.
• Creative direction is guided by what the project actually needs and making sure the final visual feels true to what is being built.
• Clients can share ideas or references, but the final creative execution is determined by Fendi Productions LLC.
• Additional concepts, scenes, or locations outside the original agreement may require extra fees.

Editing, Revisions, and Delivery

• Editing timelines vary by project. Estimated delivery windows will be shared during booking.
• Rush edits are offered as a paid add on and depend on availability.
• Clients receive the number of revisions included in their package. Additional revisions require a fee.
• Revisions must be requested within seven days of receiving the draft unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Final files are delivered digitally.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide necessary details such as references, inspiration, scripts, or shot lists before the shoot day.
• Clients must communicate honestly about deadlines or usage needs.
• If a client is unprepared or does not follow the agreed plan, this may affect the final result and does not qualify for a refund.

Copyright and Usage Rights

• Fendi Productions LLC retains all copyright to raw footage and final edits unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
• Clients receive usage rights for the final delivered files for personal, promotional, or business use depending on the project.
• Raw footage is not released unless purchased as a separate add on.
• Fendi Productions LLC may use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, or marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non refundable.
• Refunds are not issued due to creative differences once work has begun or footage has been delivered.
• If a project cannot be completed due to an issue caused by the client, no refund will be provided.
• If a project cannot be completed due to an issue caused by Fendi Productions LLC, rescheduling options or a partial refund may be offered at the company’s discretion.

Safety and Conduct

• Fendi Productions LLC reserves the right to end any session early if the environment becomes unsafe or unprofessional.
• No refunds will be granted for sessions ended due to client misconduct.

Equipment and Damages

• Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence during their session.
• Repair or replacement fees will be invoiced directly to the client.

Confidentiality

• Any sensitive information shared for the purpose of the project will remain confidential unless permission is given to share it.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
