Terms And Booking Policy

Working With Fendi Productions

Fendi Productions is a film production company focused on creating intentional, high‑quality visual work. These terms exist to set clear expectations, protect everyone’s time, and ensure each project runs smoothly from booking through delivery.

Who Fendi Productions Works With

Fendi Productions primarily works with:

  • Businesses and entrepreneurs

  • Brands and product‑based companies

  • Real estate professionals

  • Restaurants and chefs

  • Sports and lifestyle creatives

  • Documentaries, promos, campaigns, and short films

Projects are best aligned when clients are looking for strong visuals, storytelling, and a finished video that represents their brand professionally. Clients are encouraged to book services that match the scope and style of this work.

Deposits and Payments

All bookings require a non‑refundable deposit to secure the date.

Deposits are required because:

  • Dates are held exclusively for the client

  • Pre‑production and planning begin immediately

  • Equipment, scheduling, and availability are committed

Remaining balances must be paid according to the booking agreement. Payment after editing is completed is not accepted.

Shoot Day Policy

All filming must take place on the booked shoot day.

  • One‑day bookings cover one day only

  • Additional scenes or pick‑ups require a new booking

  • Multiple shoot days must be scheduled and paid for in advance

On‑Time Arrival and Late Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time and production‑ready.

  • A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed

  • Time lost due to late arrival is deducted from the booked shoot time

  • Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in reduced coverage or early wrap

Fendi Productions does not extend shoot time to accommodate lateness. On‑set time is structured and billed as scheduled.

What Is Required Before Booking

Before booking, clients must:

  • Schedule a consultation

  • Clearly explain the purpose and goals of the video

  • Confirm shoot location, date, and duration

  • Communicate expectations in advance

Consultations are required to ensure alignment and clarity. Clients are encouraged to book consultations ahead of time. Urgent requests must be followed up by email.

Clients are paying for:

  • Professional filming during the scheduled time

  • Equipment use, setup, and breakdown

  • Post‑production editing and assembly

  • Visual pacing, sequencing, and storytelling

  • Color correction and basic sound balancing

  • A completed, final video

Clients are not paying for:

  • Unlimited revisions

  • Additional shoot days or pick‑ups

  • Marketing strategy or brand consulting

  • Raw footage, project files, or unused clips

Creative Direction Explained

Creative direction refers to how a video is visually executed, including framing, pacing, tone, and overall feel.

Fendi Productions provides creative direction when the project aligns with the brand’s visual approach, especially within:

  • Fashion and apparel

  • Commercial and brand visuals

  • Product‑focused content

  • Lifestyle storytelling

For narrative projects or short films that include a brand, clients must clearly communicate their vision before booking. These projects require additional planning and alignment.

Fendi Productions is a film production company, not a marketing agency. Marketing strategy, ad copy, and campaign planning are not included unless stated otherwise.

Revisions

Each project includes a limited number of revisions based on the package booked.

Revisions are intended for minor adjustments. Requests for major changes or new creative direction may require an additional fee or rebooking.

Promotions and Seasonal Deals

Fendi Productions may offer seasonal promotions or limited‑time discounts.

These offers:

  • Are promotional only

  • Have clear terms and expiration dates

  • Cannot be modified or combined unless stated

Standard services are not sold as bundles. Promotional deals are created and announced by Fendi Productions only.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Intellectual Property (IP) refers to creative work protected by law, including footage, edits, and visual concepts.

  • Fendi Productions retains ownership of all original footage and edits

  • Clients receive a license to use the final delivered video for its intended purpose

  • Ownership of raw footage, project files, or unused material is not transferred

Raw Footage Policy

Fendi Productions does not release raw footage under any circumstances.

When you book Fendi Productions, you are booking a completed, edited video.

Raw footage is incomplete material and does not represent the final quality or intent of the work. Editing is a core part of the production process and is not an optional add‑on.

Raw footage is not included, not sold separately, and not provided for free.

Final Notes

These policies are in place to ensure a professional, respectful, and smooth production experience for everyone involved.

Clients who book with Fendi Productions agree to these terms and understand the scope, structure, and standards of the work.
