TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Fendi Productions LLC (“Fendi Productions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services or submitting payment, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms.
PROJECT BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS
All projects require a deposit to secure the booking date. No project is confirmed until a deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total project cost.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to the scheduled shoot date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted through approved platforms such as Stripe.
Failure to complete payment may result in project delays, cancellation, or withholding of final deliverables.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a project is canceled by the Client, the deposit will not be returned.
Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Fendi Productions does not guarantee availability for rescheduled dates.
TRAVEL AND EXPENSES
Projects requiring travel outside of the local service area are subject to additional costs.
The Client is responsible for covering all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to:
Flights
Transportation
Lodging or accommodations
Parking or location fees
Travel arrangements must be confirmed and paid for prior to the project date. Production will not proceed without confirmed travel accommodations when required.
DELIVERABLES AND FOOTAGE POLICY
Fendi Productions provides final, edited video deliverables as outlined in each project agreement. These completed videos represent the full scope of the service.
Raw, unedited footage is not included in any project and is not provided under standard or custom deliverables.
All raw footage remains the property of Fendi Productions and is retained as part of the company’s internal production assets.
REVISIONS
Projects include a limited number of revisions as agreed upon prior to the start of the project.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Revisions do not include complete re-edits or changes to the original concept unless otherwise agreed.
TURNAROUND TIME
Delivery timelines will be discussed prior to the project and are based on the scope of work.
Fendi Productions is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses, missing materials, or changes in project scope.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for:
Providing accurate project details
Securing locations and permissions
Ensuring talent or participants are prepared
Providing timely feedback and communication
Fendi Productions is not responsible for issues caused by lack of preparation or miscommunication on the Client’s end.
CREATIVE CONTROL
Fendi Productions maintains creative control over the final product, including editing, pacing, color, and overall presentation.
While client input is considered, final deliverables will reflect the professional standards and creative direction of Fendi Productions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fendi Productions is not liable for unforeseen circumstances that may impact production, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or location restrictions.
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or adjust the project.
USE OF WORK
Fendi Productions retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
If a Client requires confidentiality or restrictions on usage, this must be requested and agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project.
Requests for restricted usage may affect project pricing.
UPDATES TO TERMS
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the current Terms.
