Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator drives the long-term growth, strategic alliances, and commercial footprint of Fendi Productions. Instead of just chasing one-off client jobs, you will build the foundational business relationships that sustain our company—including corporate clients, investor networks, studio alliances, and strategic vendor partnerships. This role requires high-level relationship psychology, strategic negotiation, and unstoppable hustle. We value your real-world networking instincts and ability to build long-term trust over formal business or marketing degrees.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of diverse business relationships, including corporate commercial clients, film investors, and strategic brand partners.

  • Initiate high-level outreach to ad agencies, corporate marketing directors, and streaming/distribution platforms.

  • Negotiate high-value contracts, partnership agreements, and B2B service retainers that protect our creative margins.

  • Form strategic alliances with equipment rental houses, soundstages, and post-production facilities to lower our operational costs.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to craft high-converting pitch decks, business proposals, and investment treatments.

  • Track all relationship touchpoints, follow-ups, and active deal progressions using pipeline spreadsheets or CRM software.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Track Record of securing B2B partnerships, high-ticket client accounts, corporate sponsorships, or investment capital.

  • Relationship Architecture skills to network with executive-level decision-makers, brand managers, and high-net-worth individuals.

  • Deal Structuring instincts to build creative "win-win" partnerships, trade agreements, and tiered service contracts.

  • Hustle & Grit to consistently manage heavy outreach, handle high-stakes rejection, and confidently navigate long deal cycles.

  • Systems Organization to manage complex, multi-month relationship pipelines without letting critical communication slip.

Production Environment

Production opportunities under Fendi Productions may include dramatic film productions, episodic storytelling, spec commercials, branded visuals, documentaries, fashion related content, real estate visuals, corporate and service based business campaigns, social media campaigns, and behind the scenes creative work. Most productions are based in Greensboro, North Carolina with additional travel opportunities depending on production needs, creative direction, and filming locations. Production schedules and filming days may vary depending on project scope, scene requirements, timelines, and location availability.
