Raw Footage Policy
Why isn't raw footage included?
Fendi Productions is hired to direct, film, and deliver completed films. Every project is created with a specific creative vision in mind, from camera movement and shot selection to pacing, sound design, and color grading. Individual clips are only one part of the finished production.
For that reason, raw footage is not included with any production package.
Can I purchase the raw footage?
In select cases, raw footage may be licensed through a separate agreement. This is considered on a project by project basis and is not available for every production.
Raw footage is never sold by the individual clip or in partial selections. If approved, licensing applies to the entire footage collection from the production.
Licensing begins at $1,500 and may increase based on footage volume, project scope, and intended usage.
What's included?
If a raw footage license is approved, you will receive the original camera files captured during production.
The following are not included:
• Edited videos
• Color graded footage
• Project files
• Music licensing
• Sound design
• Motion graphics
• Visual effects
• Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve project files
When is raw footage typically available?
Raw footage licensing is generally considered for projects where the client has an established in house marketing team, creative department, editor, or long term content workflow requiring access to the original camera files.
For most clients, the finished films included in the production package provide everything needed for marketing and distribution.
Important
The decision to license raw footage is made solely by Fendi Productions. Availability is determined on a project by project basis and may be declined at our discretion.
