Remote film Editor
Fendi Productions is looking for a Remote Video Editor to manage our post-production pipeline and transform raw set footage into polished, high-impact final cuts. This position is strictly remote and focuses entirely on assembly, pacing, sound design, color grading, and asset delivery. Evaluation focuses on your storytelling rhythm, software mastery, and technical organization under strict project turnaround windows. All post-production collaboration, file tracking, and creative reviews are handled virtually.
Core Responsibilities
Assemble raw camera files into compelling short-form narrative sequences or commercial specs.
Execute precise cuts, sound design integrations, color grading, and audio mixing under 5 minutes.
Incorporate director feedback and client revisions accurately across rapid project drafts.
Export and deliver.
Ideal Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience editing video assets (e.g., short films, commercial specs, sports clips, or music visuals).
Software Mastery: Complete operational fluency in professional non-linear editing systems (such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
Turnaround Efficiency: Proven ability to manage tight post-production timelines and deliver polished short-form cuts rapidly.
Virtual Reliability: Highly responsive communication habits across virtual team channels and digital tracking spaces.
Production Environment
Production opportunities under Fendi Productions may include dramatic film productions, episodic storytelling, spec commercials, branded visuals, documentaries, fashion related content, real estate visuals, corporate and service based business campaigns, social media campaigns, and behind the scenes creative work. Most productions are based in Greensboro, North Carolina with additional travel opportunities depending on production needs, creative direction, and filming locations. Production schedules and filming days may vary depending on project scope, scene requirements, timelines, and location availability.
