We use your information to communicate about your session, send confirmations, deliver your content, and follow up post-project. We may also use non-sensitive client data for scheduling, analytics, or service improvements.
3. Media & Content Sharing
We may request permission to feature your final visuals in our public portfolio, website, or social media channels. This helps promote your work and ours. You may opt out at any time by emailing us directly.
4. File Storage & Security
Your booking information and content are stored securely via Squarespace, Google Drive, or other secure platforms. Files are not shared publicly and are only delivered to the booking client. All invoices, forms, and communications are managed privately.
5. Opt-Out & Client Rights
You have the right to request updates to your information, removal from our contact list, or clarification on how your content is used. Just email us at fendiproductions.info@gmail.com with your request.
6. Media Tags & Credit Policy
We encourage clients to tag @fendiproductions or @behindfendiproductions when posting final visuals on Instagram, TikTok, or any other platforms. This helps credit the work and keep your content in creative rotation. While not required, proper credit is always appreciated.
7. Third-Party Sharing (Clarification)
We do not share your information or footage with any third party without your consent. This includes brands, platforms, or partners involved in distribution unless you explicitly request or approve such sharing.
