Production Assistant (PA)
The Production Assistant is the backbone of our film sets and commercial shoots. You will support all departments to ensure daily operations run smoothly, safely, and on time. This is an entry-level position where reliability, energy, and a proactive mindset matter most. We evaluate candidates based on their work ethic, problem-solving speed, and willingness to learn standard set protocols.
Core Responsibilities
Assist crew heads with moving gear, setting up pop-up tents, and managing lockups.
Distribute call sheets, scripts, and production paperwork to the cast and crew.
Manage set cleanliness, trash disposal, and the organization of craft services.
Escort actors and clients safely to and from holding areas and the active set.
Maintain a high level of situational awareness to prevent safety hazards on set.
Execute sudden production runs, including picking up ice, hard drives, or emergency supplies.
Ideal Qualifications
Reliability to show up early and maintain high energy across long 12+ hour shoot days.
Resourcefulness to solve simple problems quickly without constant supervision.
Driving Record that is clean, paired with a reliable personal vehicle for production runs.
Ego-Free Attitude that treats every task, from sweeping floors to helping clients, as critical.
Communication skills to listen closely to instructions and execute them accurately.
Production Environment
Production opportunities under Fendi Productions may include dramatic film productions, episodic storytelling, spec commercials, branded visuals, documentaries, fashion related content, real estate visuals, corporate and service based business campaigns, social media campaigns, and behind the scenes creative work. Most productions are based in Greensboro, North Carolina with additional travel opportunities depending on production needs, creative direction, and filming locations. Production schedules and filming days may vary depending on project scope, scene requirements, timelines, and location availability.
