Public Relations & Partnerships Coordinator
The Public Relations & Partnerships Coordinator drives the public image, visibility, and strategic alliances of Fendi Productions and our film releases. You will be responsible for getting our projects featured in media outlets, securing brand sponsorships, managing festival outreach, and building relationships with community partners. This role requires exceptional hustle, networking skills, and a strategic mindset. We value your genuine passion, communication instincts, and real-world relationship-building over formal marketing or PR degrees.
Core Responsibilities
Pitch story ideas, film releases, and company milestones to journalists, bloggers, podcasters, and local media.
Identify and secure strategic brand sponsorships, product placements, and community partnerships for our film sets and events.
Draft compelling press releases, media alerts, and pitch decks that clearly communicate the value of our projects.
Coordinate film festival submission strategies, track deadlines, and handle press kits for accepted films.
Manage red carpet logistics, media check-ins, and press interviews for film premieres and special events.
Maintain an updated media list of local and industry-specific journalists, influencers, and community leaders.
Ideal Qualifications
Portfolio or track record demonstrating successful media placements, brand deals, event planning, or community campaigns.
Networking skills with a natural ability to build rapport, pitch ideas confidently, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
Writing proficiency to draft professional, engaging press releases and pitch emails that cut through the noise.
Resourcefulness to secure high-value partnerships or media coverage with minimal budget.
Organization to track multiple media pitches, festival deadlines, and brand deliverables simultaneously.
Production Environment
Production opportunities under Fendi Productions may include dramatic film productions, episodic storytelling, spec commercials, branded visuals, documentaries, fashion related content, real estate visuals, corporate and service based business campaigns, social media campaigns, and behind the scenes creative work. Most productions are based in Greensboro, North Carolina with additional travel opportunities depending on production needs, creative direction, and filming locations. Production schedules and filming days may vary depending on project scope, scene requirements, timelines, and location availability.
