This workflow demands a vivid imagination, sharp pacing instincts, and a deep understanding of human psychology to translate the director's visual vision into professional scripts. Because we value raw storytelling talent and distinct creative voices over formal degrees, we evaluate screenwriters strictly based on the emotional impact and structural strength of their script samples. While our primary writing team is currently established, we are actively collecting profiles from talented writers who want to express interest in future collaborations. Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate actively in virtual writer's rooms, co-writing sessions, and production meetings with directors.

  • Maintain strict focus on the assigned story topic to ensure the script stays aligned with the project's core truth.

  • Deliver script drafts and final edits on time using cloud drives and digital tracking networks.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Portfolio of completed short scripts, feature lengths, or detailed episodic treatments.

  • Mastery of narrative structure, pacing, dramatic tension, and genre conventions.

  • Software proficiency in standard industry tools (e.g., WriterDuet, Final Draft, Celtx).

  • Flexibility to accept constructive critique and execute sweeping revisions without preciousness.

  • Speed to deliver draft adjustments quickly when production constraints require changes.

Most productions are based in Greensboro, North Carolina with additional travel opportunities depending on production needs, creative direction, and filming locations.
