SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT COORDINATOR

The Social Media & Content Coordinator drives the digital footprint, brand presence, and community engagement for Fendi Productions. This role handles capturing real-time vertical content on set during active shoots, managing publishing schedules, and cutting high-impact short-form videos from home. Communication between projects is fully remote, handled through virtual Discord channels and strategic team planning sessions. We evaluate you strictly on your editing speed, visual aesthetic, and self-discipline—no formal degrees required.

Core Responsibilities

  • Capture mobile behind-the-scenes (BTS) video, vertical assets, and micro-content on set.

  • Edit high-engagement short-form video content rapidly to match the brand's premium aesthetic.

  • Manage the strategic content calendar and publishing schedules across all social channels.

  • Engage actively with our digital community to grow audience retention and brand awareness. 

Ideal Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience filming mobile content, editing video, or managing active social pages.

  • Software Fluency: Complete comfort communicating via Discord and utilizing mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN, Canva).

  • On-Set Discretion: Ability to navigate busy sets silently and safely while securing engaging candid content.

  • Reliability: Proven capacity to manage independent, remote workflows and hit strict post-production scheduling deadlines.

Production Environment

Production opportunities under Fendi Productions may include dramatic film productions, episodic storytelling, spec commercials, branded visuals, documentaries, fashion related content, real estate visuals, corporate and service based business campaigns, social media campaigns, and behind the scenes creative work. Most productions are based in Greensboro, North Carolina with additional travel opportunities depending on production needs, creative direction, and filming locations. Production schedules and filming days may vary depending on project scope, scene requirements, timelines, and location availability.
